See the complete video series of Scene-Stealers 2012 Oscar Predictions here.
In this video, Eric Melin and Trey Hock pick the winners for Best Picture and Best Director. Will there be a split this year like there was in 2005 when Ang Lee won for Brokeback Mountain and Crash won Best Picture? Or 2002 when Roman Polanski won for The Pianist and Chicago won Best Picture? Or how about 2000 when Steven Soderbergh won for Traffic but Gladiator won Best Picture? Watch the video to find out!
Whether you are attending the KC Oscar Party 2012 (Facebook event page – RSVP here!) or entering an online or office Oscar pool this year to predict the winner of the 2012 Academy Awards, Scene-Stealers has your back.

Ugh! You’re killing me. I want to pick Scorsese just because everything about Hugo was amazingly beautiful, well-done and utilized 3D the best. I haven’t seen The Artist so I don’t know what merits to base it on…. And Scorsese just won recently for The Departed which kinda puts him at the disadvantage. Gut is telling me to go with Scorsese. Torn.
Don’t you remember the first video? NEVER vote with your heart, always vote safe. Scorsese’s film is far superior, but ‘The Artist’ is the consensus vote. Michel’s already won the DGA, which is the best harbinger of the Oscars, and Hollywood will reward the Frenchman for filming a movie about Hollywood in Hollywood!
Ah, yeah right. Should vote for who WILL win not who SHOULD win. Got me convinced, overlooked that he got the DGA already. Crap. I guess I’m pissed that the Academy doesn’t award the best. Maybe I should just give up on how amazingly Hugo was produced. Oh well.
