Last Thursday night was incredible. According to JayDoc organizer Faith Butler, we raised somewhere around $20,000 for the Kansas City free healthcare clinic at the Uptown Theater. That, and I got to play with Bill and Nick again as Ultimate Fakebook for a full-on, ridiculous rock show. Our friend and sometime co-host Whitney Mathews was there to blog about it, and this is the awesome video she made the day after the show. Thanks to everyone involved again. I hope you had as much fun as we did.

That was an amazing show. Totally worth risking a crowd induced abortion (I found out that I’m spawning a week prior). All is well though, UFB fans were always the best. My mind was blown with all the bells and whistles. It was so much fun to hear all those songs live again, and even hearing the house music before your set got me so pumped.
Despite the awesome rock show, Bill’s confetti shower stole the show.

wow, way to go with the fund raising and the crowd rocking! i’m still very sad to have been too far away to actually make it to the show but i’ll just have to remember all those shows i saw so long ago and be content with that! you guys are awesome 🙂
