Capsule Review: "American Pie 2"

Well, the first one kinda sucked, but everyone else I was with wanted to go, so there I was….

You know, it was a little better than the original, which I didn’t like either. Maybe it was the set-up of the “American Pie” that I disliked so much. This one doesn’t make much more sense, but it did have a couple scenes that were pretty damn funny. Eugene Levy is funny again, and not in it enough, but over half the cast is incredibly boring and/or really bad. I just don’t get it. If you want to see a funny teen movie, go see “Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.” It dosn’t make any more sense, but at least it’s damned hilarious!
