Eric Melin and guest host Trevan McGee (InkKC.com) review the new Jason Reitman movie “Up in the Air” starring George Clooney, Vera Farmiga, and Anna Kendrick. The film is being released as a slow rollout across the U.S. in hopes of garnering Oscar buzz. It was adapted from a novel and taps into the feeling of many during this downturn in the economy. Does “Up in the Air” have what it takes to win Best Picture? How does it stack up against the other releases of 2009? Find out here.

Thanks man! I thought I was alone with not thinking this one lives up to the hype. I was starting to think I was crazy because I did not LOVE this movie.

Good call on this movie! Yes, plot of the movie is like many other movies, but from a different perspective of a different type of person, which isn`t really hard to understand his life style in this movie! this movie has comedy, love, and some sadness with a great cast! all in a a great movie! and i would really recomend it!

This was a waste of time. Depressing and boring. It’s still miles better than Juno, I guess.
